Coconut oil
When I was little, we used to learn about the wonder's of the coconut plant and all its uses. Every part of the plant has a use trunk for building, leaves for thatching and making brushes, nuts for food and drink, oil for cooking and beauty...
Today, I am going to give my hair a coconut oil treatment. It's great for conditioning dark hair, giving my hair a lustrous shine and silky feel.
The oil I use is from Fushi. It's 100% organic. What a lush treat!

Holiday today
Looking forward to a well earned rest over the next week or so.
My hubby has worked super-hard with his kung fu business this year, especially with regards on-line promotion/re-designing the website etc - and as is the case with such enterprises - is far from finished. It will be nice for him to turn his attentions back to himself for a change.
I'm scheduling a cuddle monopoly. No PC for a week. Just soaks in the large bath, some spa treatments and a trip to see the puffins.
