Zavvi - your Christmas turkey

This years Christmas turkey is the retailer Zavvi. They started out quite well and have just got worse and worse. They are one of those companies that debit your card immediately and never get around to sending the goods. I had to escalate to Mastercard Retailer Disputes to get my money back from Zavvi...
