Given the degree of violence in season 3 of Game of Thrones, we decided to sell the DVDs on Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon wouldn't let us. The show is listed as 'restricted' and cannot be re-sold.
This is rather suspicious and makes me think that many other unhappy customers sought to do the same thing...
