We have a TV-fast Monday and Tuesday nights, frequently Wednesday too. No TV at all.
On other nights we either watch a movie from our collection, a LoveFilm rental or a pre-recorded DVD we have purchased. We don't actually have a TV ariel.
When we do watch TV it tends to be 1 movie maximum or 2 episodes maximum. Seldom this much and never any more.
Our choice of viewing is exclusively non-violent, non-medical, non-horror, not too thrilling, nothing frenetic (with fast editing), nothing depressing or miserable. We use TV for entertainment only. Musicals, comedies and romance predominates.
