Masculinity
If a person is angry a lot of the time, their facial muscles will eventually lose their pliability and become moulded to reflect this one emotion. Essentially; the person becomes muscularly fixed and rigid. They look permanently angry and so (according Richard Wiseman in his book Rip It Up) feel angry regardless of circumstance.
Similarly, if a woman thinks in a masculine way, experiences masculine emotions and moves their body in a masculine way... they will eventually exhibit masculine facial expressions and masculine body language. Clearly, the reverse is also the case: feminine thoughts, feelings and physicality will encourage a feminine expression.
A masculine woman may dress in a feminine fashion but her underlying physical expression remains masculine and this will always show through. Femininity cannot be faked using clothing or make-up or play acting.
