I recently ordered this backpack on-line from Blacks because it was advertised as a women's specific fit.
When it arrived, the product label said that it was a men's pack.

Black's customer service dealt with my complaint by quoting their own website listing, asserting that they were correct.
According to Black's both the manufacturer and the product label are incorrect.
Are they crazy?
I will boycott Blacks.
