Sunday morning training

So far this morning I have trained:
- baoding balls
- self-massage (100 exercises)
- standing qigong (20 mins)
- moving qigong (15 exercises)
- psoas exercises (4)
- pilates (18 exercises)
- leg stretches (10 exercises)
- broadsword drills (15)
- broadsword form (regular & mirrored)
- jian form (regular & mirrored)

Left to do:
- Long Yang form (regular & mirrored)
- pao chui form (regular & mirrored)
- baguazhang circle walking (10 mins)
- baguazhang palm changes (regular & mirrored) x 6
- small san sau (regular & mirrored)
- silk arms (regular & mirrored)
- knife drills (13)
- 3 tiered wallbag striking drills (12)
- partner work
- yoga (10 exercises)
- constructive rest
- 3-5 mile walk
