I pre-ordered Hot Toys Baby Groot action figure from Toy HQ 29/04/2017 and paid a £61.99 deposit.
10/11/2017 Toy HQ invoiced me for the remaining balance of £160. I queried the invoice because the figure wasn't due for release until May 2018.
Toy HQ explained that it was scheduled for early release. I paid the £160. My figure was never delivered.
3/1/2018 I chased Toy HQ again. They wrote back to say that the figure release was delayed and didn't provide a delivery estimate.
Since I raised this matter with Paypal, Toy HQ have refunded some of my money. But it's £40 short. Right now, I just want the rest of my money refunded.
