Don't buy from Blacks

I buy a lot of my products on-line because the variety is better than the high street.
This weekend I bought some hiking gear from Blacks on-line.
What a fiasco.

They take your money immediately and then e-mail you to say that the products listed on the website are no longer available but you'll get your money back in a week or so.

What?

You complain and they ignore your e-mails. Don't buy from Blacks.
