Rachel Waller is a Malaysian tai chi instructor teaching in Newcastle Upon Tyne. She was born in Kuching, Borneo and is from Chinese/Kayan descent.

Rachel started her martial arts training in the early 1990's, gaining a black belt in taekwondo.
