Before the doctor comes in to give his report at the end of Trapped in the Sky, he asks for the International Rescue pictures to be changed for the more conventional family portraits in order to preserve the anonymity of IR.
This is done, yet when Jeff shakes hands with the doctor, the portraits are still showing IR in full uniform. It happened twice and I never saw it.
