Hot chocolate

Sifu Waller invented a new hot choc:

1. Dark almond milk substitute
2. 3 heaped teaspoons of Green & Blacks cocoa
3. A cap full of brandy

Heat the almond milk, mix paste. Add rest of almond milk. Add brandy last. Stir. 
No sugar or honey etc needed.

Sifu Waller's cocoa

My hubby (Sifu Waller) is regularly complimented for his cocoa making skills. He uses Green & Blacks Cocoa, unblended honey and 100% raw cocoa for sprinkles.

Sifu Waller's cocoa recipe:
- 3 spoons of Green & Blacks cocoa (not drinking chocolate)
- stir to a paste using milk
- add boiled milk
- stir in half a teaspoon of honey
- pile a teaspoon of 100% cocoa on top
