Some Hasbro look pretty good but not great alongside S H Figuarts.

Other manufacturers don't warrant a mention.

Mafex, Mezco 1, Play Arts etc look shabby alongside Hot Toys. In fact, everything looks shabby alongside Hot Toys.

But how many 1/6 scale Hot Toys can you fit in your house?

Comparing manufacturers

One factor when we select figures is to compare what you're actually getting for your money.

For example, some reviewers (e.g Captain Toy) will argue that some Hot Toys are great value for money because they are highly accessorised (e.g. Rey) whereas other Hot Toys are not (e.g. Black Panther) despite being a similar price.

This is a valid point.
