- a LOT of women wear expensive hosiery
- a LOT of well dressed locals
- relaxed atmosphere even when busy
- not a lot of garbage
- not many people are fat
- good for walking
- plenty to see for free
- very few people using phone in the street
- sheltered walkways
- polite and professional staff
